6. Outcomes in RNG (Random Number Generator)-based games are entirely random and never predetermined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajikar and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as deliberately circumventing wagering requirements after claiming a bonus.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform.
• Harassing other members or Bajikar staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to mislead the support team by providing false information.

Bajikar reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. However, this typically occurs in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.
• Upon direction from a court or government authority.

If an investigation is ongoing at the time of account closure and funds need to be held, Bajikar reserves the right to do so. Should you be cleared following the investigation, your balance will be returned.
